Rules for the use of tickets sent by the Company

  1. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) of Positive Technologies Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company) define the procedure and conditions for individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) to receive and use tickets for individuals to attend events under the Positive Hack Days brand (hereinafter also referred to as the Forum) received by Users from the Company by e-mail (with the exception of those issued in the personal account on the Forum's website).
  2. The Rules apply only to Users (Tickets can only be used by Users) who are fully capable (including those who have reached the age of 18) in accordance with applicable law, have all the necessary powers (consents, permits) to accept and execute the Rules and have accepted these Rules.
  3. An electronic document confirming the User's right to visit the Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Ticket) is provided by the Company to the User solely for personal use, free of charge.
  4. Tickets are sent only to Users who are fully legally capable (capable) in accordance with applicable law (including, as applicable, those who have reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years) and have provided all necessary consents and permits, including to transfer to the Company the data necessary for registration and forwarding of Tickets.
  5. With all the rules and conditions for using Tickets and attending the Forum set out on the Company's website located at https://phdays.com / (hereinafter referred to as the Site), the User must familiarize himself in advance. The Company is not responsible for any consequences of the User's failure to fulfill this obligation.
  6. The Ticket grants the right to visit the Forum to the User to whom it was sent by the Company. Users are prohibited from selling, exchanging, otherwise selling or introducing Tickets into civil circulation in any way. The User does not have the right to transfer the Ticket to third parties. In case of loss of the Ticket, the Company has the right, but is not obligated to resend the Ticket. If the User purchases a ticket to the Forum on terms other than these Rules, but indicated on the Website (Ticket registration through a personal account) The User can use only one of the Tickets received.
  7. Visiting the Ticket Forum confirms the User's familiarization with these Rules and their unconditional acceptance by the User.
  8. The Company has the right to verify User data when a User visits the Forum using a Ticket.
  9. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not sell (or otherwise transfer for a fee or any counter representation in any form in favor of the Company itself or third parties) Tickets and the Rules do not constitute a contract of sale, barter, paid provision of Ticket sales services or other similar. Certain goods, services, services, and accesses in relation to the Forum (related to participation in and attendance at the Forum) may be provided by the Company or third parties on a reimbursable basis, based on separate agreements and agreements.
  10. The opportunity to use the Website and receive Tickets in accordance with the Rules is provided by the Company to Users free of charge.
  11. Users have the right to use the Site to obtain information about the Forum, the rules for visiting it, and other information in accordance with the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy posted on the Site, the terms of which apply to Users to the extent that they do not contradict the Rules. Users who have received a Ticket in accordance with the Rules are not provided with a personal account on the Website.
  12. The User's failure to use the Ticket provided to him, or the inconsistency of the Website (Ticket, Forum) with the User's expectations are not grounds for making any claims against the Company or paying any compensation.
  13. The Company has the right to involve third parties to issue and send Tickets, provide technical support, and comply with the Rules, including LLC "Ruvents" (OGRN 1147746160320, 123557, Moscow, Presnensky Val str., 27, p. 2, fl. 2, room. IV, room 1).
  14. The personal data of the User within the framework of the Rules is processed by the Company in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.

  16. These Rules apply to the Company and the User until they fully fulfill their obligations under the Rules.
  17. The Company has the right to make changes to the Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website.
  18. If the User provides false information, or if the Company has reason to believe that the information provided is unreliable, or if the User violates the Rules (including the User Agreement, the rules for visiting the Forum) The Company has the right to unilaterally waive the Rules, including denying the User access to the Forum, and canceling a previously sent Ticket.
  19. In the event of the Company's refusal from the Rules, postponement of the date, time, place or format of the Forum, changes in the terms of its holding or the content of the whole or its individual events, as well as in the event of cancellation of the Forum, the Company will not compensate the User for any losses or expenses.
  20. Nothing in the Rules is a restriction (waiver of the Company's use) of the means and methods of protecting the Company's rights provided for in accordance with applicable law.
  21. The User does not have the right to transfer any rights or obligations arising in connection with the Rules to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the Company.
